Hands up if you're finding it hard to sleep during lockdown.. A few tips to help your little ones get a good nights sleep, during this strange time in the world.

Keep to your usual routine as much as possible. Including nap times/ meal times/ play time and most importantly at least a 10 minute family time.
Keep active when you can, using your garden/ or closest green patches near you. Opening the windows and doing some form of exercise.
Keeping little minds stimulated.. using objects around the house to create fun and messy educational activities.
Keep children children aware about whats happening around us, sharing and talking about our emotions to reduce stress.
Keeping a happy and calm bedtime, reading stories to enhance a child's imagination.
Keeping up hope, keeping in touch with family or friends, stay safe.
