Lockdown Affected Your Childs Sleep ?

Hands up if you're finding it hard to sleep during lockdown.. A few tips to help your little ones get a good nights sleep, during this strange time in the world.

  • Keep to your usual routine as much as possible. Including nap times/ meal times/ play time and most importantly at least a 10 minute family time.

  • Keep active when you can, using your garden/ or closest green patches near you. Opening the windows and doing some form of exercise.

  • Keeping little minds stimulated.. using objects around the house to create fun and messy educational activities.

  • Keep children children aware about whats happening around us, sharing and talking about our emotions to reduce stress.

  • Keeping a happy and calm bedtime, reading stories to enhance a child's imagination.

  • Keeping up hope, keeping in touch with family or friends, stay safe.
